<p>Simpson Spence Young (and all entities and persons operating under this name) hereafter referred to as &#8220;SSY&#8221; intend to act at all times in accordance with UN, US, EU sanctions and any applicable local laws.</p>
<p>You hereby agree that in all dealings with SSY including, but not limited to, any business that SSY facilitates or assists with that you shall comply at all time with these sanctions.</p>
<p>SSY will not deal with any sanctioned or designated person and you are required to inform us immediately if any such person(s) is involved in this business.</p>
